12 are those who attended a wedding in Thangadu Oranalli village.
8 live in villages who had attended a wedding in Ottupattarai in Coonoor. They do not live in Coonoor.
3 are living in Ooty and are contacts of the PRO of a private company.
The remaining 15 are visitors from other districts and hence are likely to be shifted to the count of their respective districts..
