Mudumalai Tiger reserve to be opened for tourists from 09-01-2021.. As per Go ms 17 revenue and disaster management  dt 08-01-2021, Go ms 820 R&D dt  23-12-2020

Guidelines and instructions to be followed by visitors visiting Mudumalai Tiger reserve as given below

1.Mandatory for each visitor to enter the park wearing either triple layer mask, N95 mask and to undergo thermal scanning before entering the park.

2. Valid ID proof, medical condition and travel history to be maintained.

3. Social distancing to a minimum of 2 meters to be maintained strictly.

4.vehicle safari timings 

   6.30 am to 10.00 am 

   2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.

5. 50% of seating capacity will only  be allowed for vehicle safari. 

6. Rest houses and dormitories will be opened from 11-01-2022.

7.Rest houses occupation can be made with maximum 2 persons per suite.

8. Dormitories with 50% occupancy.

9.Visiting elephant camp from 8.30 am to 9.00 am and 5.30 pm to 6.00 pm with maximum of 30 persons on each occasions .

10. Persons with symptoms of cough and fever will not be allowed to enter the park.
